Galatians 2:20 – I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. (NIV)
God has been so gracious to me! I was born and raised by my loving parents in Partridge Kansas. I was adopted as a baby and looking back now, I can assure you that God’s plan for my life was far greater than my mind could comprehend. I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior as a teenager, but as I grew older I made some choices that didn’t involve His will for my life. I strayed for more years than I care to admit, but one day God gave me a message through the Holy Spirit and it got my attention.
Thankfully, I answered the call and rededicated my life to Jesus and started putting Christ first in my life. I know that I deserve nothing, but because of God’s grace, I now have assurance of eternal life with him. God has allowed me such unspeakable joy and bountiful blessings that its hard for me to not shout from the mountain. I have been blessed with a beautiful family that I thank God for everyday and the responsibility of taking care of them both physically and spiritually is a blessing from God that I do not take lightly.
Singing has always been something that I enjoy and really came about when my mother became ill. I know that God allowed me to bless her life with a cassette that another group and I recorded for her and she played it over and over until the Lord called her home in February of 2007. So it’s with great joy and honor that I am privileged to be able to sing with the Calvary Echoes and to serve our Lord through the songs that He has brought before us.
My family and I belong to Plevna Community Bible Church in Plevna Kansas. I thank God everyday for my brothers and sisters there and appreciate the support they provide for my family and the testimony they give to our community.
Lastly I would like to thank my wife, Jennifer for all she has done for the Calvary Echoes and for being by my side through the good and bad. She has been a indescribable gift from God!
God Bless you all.
